‘Million Dollar Quartet Christmas’

The original team behind the Tony Award-winning Broadway hit reunites with “Million Dollar Quartet Christmas,” the brand-new heartwarming holiday rock-n-roll musical, coming to the Lutcher Theater in Orange on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 7:30 p.m.

Magic of Lights

Ford Park is hosting Magic of Lights for the first time this holiday season. Now through Jan. 1, 2023 (closed on Nov. 26), this drive-through will feature displays this year such as Barbie, 12 Days of Christmas, Big Foot Monster Trucks, Prehistoric Christmas and the Enchanting Tunnel of Lights.

Liverpool Legends

Peace and love. The historic Jefferson Theatre (345 Fannin St.) in downtown Beaumont will buzz with “Beatlemania” on Saturday, Nov. 19, as the Liverpool Legends return to Beaumont to give music fans the complete Beatles’ experience at 7:30 p.m.

The Alley Concert

In celebration with the historic Jefferson Theatre’s 95th anniversary, Beaumont Events will host the third and finally Alley Concert of year Thursday, Nov. 17, featuring live music from Sweet Fighter, Sancho Baker and a special performance from NuSoul the poet at 7 p.m.

Symphony of SETX

The Symphony of Southeast Texas will host their second Classic Series Concert, “French Connection” on Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Julie Rogers Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $33-$57 and can be purchased online at sost.org.

Blue Man Group at Lutcher

A few tickets remain for the smash hit Blue Man Group that returns to the Lutcher Theater on Sunday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $70-$80 and can be purchased online at lutcher.org.

Interview: Koe Wetzel is coming to town

Texas native Koe Wetzel is proving there are no need for rules in music. The “genre bending” singer/songwriter is returning to Beaumont, one of his favorite towns, for one big party during his latest North American Tour that includes Ford Arena on Saturday, Nov. 5, at 7:30 p.m.

All-new Horsehoe Lake Charles opens Dec. 12

Since closing for more than two years due to the pandemic and damage from Hurricane Laura, the former Isle of Capri Lake Charles will officially come ashore in a brand-new, land-based build out as Horseshoe Lake Charles on Dec. 12, 2022.
