Local Teams Dominate National Little Dribblers

Several area teams participated in the 2024 National Little Dribblers Tournament held April 3-6 in various locations throughout Texas in Levelland, Mexia and Nocona.

The Orangefield boys won the Senior National Division and finished the season with a perfect 31-0 record. Bridge City finished second in the Junior Division and Silsbee was second in Majors.

On the girls’ side, Bridge City won the Senior Girls title while Hardin-Jefferson was second in Juniors. The Vidor girls earned gold in the National Division at the Senior level and Lumberton was second in Majors. In the Continental Division Tournament, Evadale won the Major Division.
