Officers arrested a Spurger woman, who had two active arrest warrants from Hardin County, July 21, according to Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford.

Weatherford reported that Tyler County deputies arrested Keiosha Rowinsky, 30, and charged her with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

Deputies stopped a Dodge truck for a traffic violation on FM 92 at County Road 4120. While speaking to Rowinsky, they learned she had active arrest warrants. Justice of the Peace Ken Jobe set bail at $40,000.
