Two juveniles arrested for evading police

A pair of juvenile suspects, a male and female, were transported to the Minnie Rogers Juvenile Detention Center for evading arrest.
The Beaumont Police Department (BPD) reported at 4:30 a.m. March 15, two officers were flagged down at Calder Avenue and 7th Street in reference to two subjects wearing all black and masks, looking in cars in the 1100 block of N. 7th Street. 
When officers arrived they located two suspects matching the description and wearing latex gloves. When approached, the suspects fled by were quickly apprehended.
According to BPD, no calls for auto burglaries had been made but the suspects were arrested for evading arrest. 
The 16-year-old suspects were identified as a white female and a black male.
