Beaumont Children’s Museum, located inside the Civic Center at 701 Main St., will host the return of “Toddler Takeover” every Wednesday from 9-11 a.m. beginning Sept. 7.

Each week BCM staff will engage young children ages 0-5 through stories, crafts, science experiments, music and movement.

“We believe in learning through play and we strive to help develop and improve gross and fine motor skills and other educational aspects such as the alphabet, number recognition, shapes and colors,” said Amanda Yarbrough, executive director.

Price is $5 for general admission and $3 for a program, which is only applied to children. BCM members will only pay the program fee. To purchase tickets, visit beaumontchildrensmuseum.org.

BCM is a nonprofit museum that believes in learning through play.
