Several persons were arrested on multiple charges recently, according to the Silsbee Police Department (SPD).
Dec. 5, Vonzel Joseph Vonnoy Trahan, 31, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 1-4 grams (first-degree felony); possession on marijuana, less than 2 ounces (Class B misdemeanor); resisting arrest (Class A), search or transport; and tampering with physical evidence.
Dec. 8, Hollis Ronnie Tice, 52, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, less than 1 gram (state jail felony).
Other arrests included Richardo Rey Rodriguez, 44, arrested Dec. 8 for possession of a dangerous drug (Class A) and Victoria P. Cook, 46, arrested Dec. 8 for failure to identify-fugitive (Class A).
Dec. 10, Kevin R. Cooper Jr., 20, was arrested or failure to identify-fugitive (Class A) and Victoria Leanne Mauldin, 35, was arrested Dec. 11 for credit or debit card abuse (state jail felony).
Lumberton PD
The Lumberton Police Department (LPD) reported several people were arrested on drug charges from Nov. 29 to Dec. 12.
Dec. 7, Dillion Everett Lane, 19, was arrested for possession of a controled substance, Penalty Group 2, 1-4 grams (third-degree felony) and possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces (Class B).
For possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces, Kevin I. Gomez, 33, and Stephanie Calderon-Sanchez, 34, were arrested Nov. 29; and Brecken J. Clough, 20, was arrested Dec. 4. The charges are Class B misdemeanors.
Also arrested for possession of marijuana on Dec. 8 were Amos James Johnson, 22, on Dec. 8 and Patrick Miles Conner, 24.
Dec. 3, Ryan E. Harris, 37, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 1-4 gram – a third-degree felony. Christopher A. Davis, 40, was arrested on the same charges.
Nov. 30, John Wilson Hicks, 57, was arrested for driving while in intoxicated and unlawfully carrying a weapon – both Class A misdemeanors.
Other arrests by LPD were Robert George Witcher, 35, and Jerrie Lynn Bixler, 61, for theft of property on Dec. 6. Witcher’s charge was $750 to $2,500 and Bixler was $100 to $750.
