Help PAPD identify Heatherbrook Trail thief

Sporting a black Bugs Bunny shirt, a man allegedly stole from a Port Arthur business in the area of Jimmy Johnson Boulevard and Heatherbrook Trail, and now the Port Arthur Police Department (PAPD) needs help identifying the man.

At about 2:45 p.m. April 8, the man pictured committed a theft in the aforementioned area and, according to a witness, he then rabbitted from the crime scene to a nearby apartment complex.

“If you have any information on the identity of the suspect, please call the Criminal Investigation Division at (409) 983-8624 or Detective Thomas at (409) 983-8639,” PAPD reported. “If you know this suspect’s identity or have any other information on this or any other crime, call Port Arthur police at (409) 983-8600 or Crime Stoppers of SETX at (409) 833-TIPS (8477).”
