perfect score of 100
• Dollar General- 319 N Main, Lumberton – thermometers needed to be placed inside all
cooler units – earned a score of 98
• Southern Maid Donuts – 690 S Main, Lumberton – A Certified Food Manager must hold a
current certificate and be present on all shifts of a Food establishment, al time and
temperature food should be date marked for discard within 7 days of preparation,
thawing frozen foods must be held under cool & draining water or placed in the
refrigerator for appropriate thaw time/not in a bare sink – earned a score of 95

hands – went over the steps with the staff, no sanitizer buckets out at inspection time,
missing some dates on prepped foods – all was corrected on site – earned a score of 94

corrected on site, store very clean and organized – earned a score of 98
