Food (truck) and fun

Saturday, June 25, visit Spindletop- Gladys City Boomtown, 5550 Jimmy Simmons Blvd., from 4 – 8 p.m., for a food truck extravaganza. The four-hour event will feature several food truck selections, as well as live entertainment, while guests enjoy the summer night and boomtown scenery.

For over 40 years, Gladys City has given visitors a glimpse into life in the historic Spindletop oil field circa 1901.
