BPD working single-car I-10 crash

Beaumont Police Department (BPD) officers reported a single-car crash on Interstate 10 in the westbound lanes at about 10 a.m. First responders transported the driver to a local hospital with injuries that weren't life-threatening.

BPD officers plan to open a single lane of traffic after clearing the wreck first responders were still working on upon issuing the report.

Oil and gas reportedly leaked and was being cleaned. Officers additionally reported damage to concrete retaining wall.
