Sports shorts: Golf

The STPGA hosted a tournament June 27 at Brentwood Country Club of Texas in Beaumont. Winners were Evan Klutts and Jeremy Blackwell (Boys 15-18, 76 score), Logan Houl (Boys 13-14, 75), Tatum Bean (Girls 15-18, 81), Annie Whitehead (Girls 13-14, 45), Corbin Busby (Boys 15-18, 53), Peyton Revia (Boys 13-14, 47), Liam Kamas (Boys 11-12, 9-hole Red, 45), and Maggie Stutz (Girls 11-12, 9-hole Red, 56).

The next STPGA Tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, July 5, at the Babe Zaharias Golf Course in Port Arthur.
