Michael W. Smith to perform at Julie Rogers Theatre on Oct. 1

Multi-platinum artist Michael W. Smith will headline "The Waymaker Tour" at the Julie Rogers Theatre in Beaumont on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 7:30 p.m. Ticket prices start at $19.75 and can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com.

Smith has charted on both contemporary Christian and mainstream charts. His biggest success came in 1991 with the hit, "Place in This World." Over the course of his career, Smith has sold more than 18 million albums and earned several Grammys and Dove Awards. 

Joining Smith will be Jon Reddick.
