Pipeline project to impact Port Neches roadways

The city of Port Neches is advising motorists of an ongoing pipeline construction project within the community, particularly in that area of the Nederland/Phillips 66 Terminal near Hwy 366 and continuing east towards Hwy 365/Port Neches-Groves High School.
