Several area swimmers advanced to the UIL State Championship Meet, which will be held Feb. 8-10 in San Antonio.
Competing for Lumberton are Evan Bernard (100-yard breaststroke, 100-yard freestyle), who broke the school record in the 100-yard freestyle in 52.
