Lamar State College Port Arthur (LSCPA) is offering Buy One, Get One free (BOGO) classes this summer or fall for up to six credit hours, the institution announced ahead of summer scheduling. “It’s the LSCPA BOGO event and everyone qualifies,” spokesperson Gerry Dickert advised in a news mailer.
