Suspect back in jail after system transition facilitates release

As reported in this week’s Examiner newspaper, alleged predator/schemer Billy Lynn Woolley was released from the Jefferson County Jail as of March 22 despite a judge’s 2022 order for an increased bond amount due to the suspect’s alleged continued criminal activity while out on prior felony bonds.
