Lone Star Law stars headline Free Family Fun Day

Jump into summer at the Museum of the Gulf Coast with a free family fun day Saturday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Patrons can visit with Texas game wardens and stars of the Animal Planet reality television series, “Lone Star Law.

Honoring the fallen

The Beaumont Police Department is inviting the public to join as BPD commemorates those lost in the line of duty during the annual Fallen Officer Memorial Ceremony on Thursday, May 13, at 9 a.m. The ceremony will be conducted on the front steps of BPD, located at 255 College Street in Beaumont.
