The Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce will hold their 123rd annual banquet on Thursday, Jan. 26, at the Robert A. “Bob” Bowers Civic Center, 3401 Cultural Center Dr. in Port Arthur. Cocktails are at 6 p.m. and the program begins at 6:30 p.m.
