Raise the paddle The Art Museum of Southeast Texas brought back their Treasure Auction, “Double Take,” last Thursday evening to an enthusiastic crowd who were geared to bid on their favorite auction items.
The Kelly High School baseball team won the school's first-ever TAPPS state championship May 16 when they defeated Midland Christian, 4-2. Beaumont City Council honored the team with a special proclamation along with a city-wide celebration.
