Dreaming of a green Christmas? Christmas lights and a festive holiday atmosphere welcomes visitors to Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center in Orange every December to usher in the holiday season with their annual Christmas Strolls.

Beaumont’s largest Christmas tree lighting

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree. The City of Beaumont will jumpstart the holiday season and invites the entire community of Southeast Texas on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at the Downtown Event Centre Lake with the largest Christmas tree lighting in town.

Magic of Lights

Ford Park is hosting Magic of Lights for the first time this holiday season. Now through Jan. 1, 2023 (closed on Nov. 26), this drive-through will feature displays this year such as Barbie, 12 Days of Christmas, Big Foot Monster Trucks, Prehistoric Christmas and the Enchanting Tunnel of Lights.

Lamar University lights up for the holidays

‘Tis the season to be merry and bright during the entire month of December as Lamar University is once again teaming up with ExxonMobil to help Southeast Texans get in the holiday spirit with two festive events – Cardinal Lights and Christmas in Boomtown: City in Lights.

Family four-pack: Ford Park Holiday

Tickets for “Holiday at Ford Park Presented by 5 Under” are currently on sale for $50 for tickets for a family of four. Once inside, guests will have the opportunity to purchase additional attraction admission, including a ride on a mechanical reindeer and ice skating.
