Katy man indicted for trafficking drugs through Beaumont

Paul Andrew Cabiro, a 38-year-old Katy man, has been indicted for federal drug trafficking and firearms violations in the Eastern District of Texas, according to an announcement made by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
