Eight inmates at the Beaumont Federal Prison Complex have pleaded guilty to possessing contraband at the complex. The inmates. 44-year-old Rudolph Tatum Jr., 47-year-ol Toan Tran, 49-year-old Terral Blackwell, 49-year-old Roderick Skills, 49-year-old Gene Rudolph, 31-year-old Elijah Pennington, 35=year-old Dwanta Mitchell, and 41-year-old Andrea Powers, all were in possession of working cellphones inside the prison. Each face an additional year in federal prison.
