Small business owners and solopreneurs who want to better understand whether their digital marketing efforts are delivering results are invited to attend “Measuring What Matters: How To Evaluate Your Digital Marketing Performance,” a workshop hosted by the Lamar State College Port Arthur Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and sponsored by Motiva. The workshop will be held Wednesday, Aug. 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Port Arthur Public Library, 4615 9th Ave. in Port Arthur. Lunch will be provided.
The workshop will reportedly help participants understand early indicators showing a business’ visibility, engagement, and customer interest. Attendees will learn which metrics provide meaningful insight and how to use the information to make smarter decisions about their time, budget, and overall marketing strategy.

“This workshop is designed to help small business owners move beyond simply asking ‘Did I make a sale?’ and start looking at the bigger picture of what their marketing data is telling them,” said Dana Espinal, MBA, Director of the Lamar State College Port Arthur SBDC. “Understanding the right measurements can help entrepreneurs make more confident decisions about where to invest their time and resources and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.”
