The Texas Workforce Commission is accepting applications for its Workforce Diploma Pilot Program, which supports programs that help adult learners obtain a high school diploma, earn industry-recognized credentials and develop employability skills.
The program aims to create new career pathways by connecting adults who have not completed high school with education providers offering academic instruction, career training and coaching.
Eligible applicants must be authorized to grant a high school diploma in Texas or partner with an accredited entity and have at least two years of experience in dropout reengagement services.
Applications are due May 5.
