LPD report six felony arrests

There were six people arrested on felony charges recently, according to the Lumberton Police Department.

June 1, Payton Benjamin Davis-Gentry, 23, was arrested on two counts of deadly conduct (discharging firearm), a third-degree felony.

May 31, Casey Nichole Miller, 24, was arrested for possession of marijuana, less than 5 pounds, a state felony.

May 30, Fausto Valentin-Torres, 41, and Diego Montano Chasoy, 38, were both arrested for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. They were also charged with evading arrest/detention.

According to the Hardin County Jail, bond for Chasoy was set at $160,000.

May 29, Kendrick Deante Edwards, 32, was arrested for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

May 28, Arnoldo Leal, 37, was arrested for tampering with a witness, a third-degree felony.
