The community is invited to attend engaging and educational event for a freeof-charge, fun-filled day that celebrates the history and heritage of the iconic home from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the W.H. Stark House. This year’s “Family Day” promises a blend of historical exploration and interactive entertainment that will captivate visitors of all ages. Highlights include a digital, self-guided scavenger hunt, which explores the 1st and 2nd floors of the house; Toddle Play Area in the Carriage House that features crafts inspired by stained glass windows; Lincoln Logs and history sensory board that helps engage imaginative play; Story Time with the Heritage House of Orange County; lawn games (bubbles, chalk and hopscotch); special activity stations with local institutions; and watercolor activity with the Stark Museum of Art.
