Man struck, killed near Central Mall

Port Arthur Police Department (PAPD) officials report that a 68-yearold man died after he was struck by a vehicle in the 3000 block of FM 365, near Central Mall, at approximately 9 p.m. on July 29. Jefferson County Justice of the Peace Pct. 8 Tom Gillam pronounced man dead at the scene.
