Missing teen found dead in canal

A body found floating in the Lower Neches Valley Authority (LNVA) on Dec. 8 has been identified, reported the Beaumont Police Department (BPD). The body of Donovan Michael Hall, 16, was discovered in the canal about 1:45 p.m. by a worker with the LNVA.
