Offerings abound for Southeast Texans seeking to celebrate Easter.  Wesley Methodist Church welcomes community members to its Good Friday service March 29 at 6 p.m. in the sanctuary, and to gather for a day of praise and worship on Easter Sunday with sunrise service beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Murder warrant issued on 19-year-old male

A murder warrant was obtained March 20 for a 19-year-old male wanted in the shooting death of a teenage. According to the Beaumont Police Department (BPD), investigators obtained the warrant for Koy Wayne Dodd Jr., a Beaumont resident. Dodd is at large and considered armed and dangerous.

BPD searching for persons who may have information in homicide

FROM BEAUMONT PD: 9:05 PM UPDATE: "Blue" has been located and is speaking with detectives. Second man still needs ID and location. Beaumont PD detectives need your help identifying and locating persons of interest to a homicide that occurred on Magnolia Street tonight, March 19.
