The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is reminding motorists that it is continuing its enforcement efforts across Texas focusing specifically on violations of the state’s Move Over/Slow Down law.

Police seek suspect in Beaumont homicide

Officers with the Beaumont Police Department are investigating a homicide reported in the city’s north end. According to a report from the police department, investigators were called to the 4400 block of Magnolia on Wednesday, June 16, at 2:46 a.m., in reference to a victim of a shooting.

Beaumont early voting ends today
