The Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) Narcotics Division, with the assistance of the Orange County Support Division and the U.S. Marshal’s Office, executed an arrest warrant Sept. 14 in the 500 block of Ruby Street with resulted in a man’s arrest, according to an OCSO press release.

Michelle Marie Bradford, 42, of Port Arthur, was indicted on Sept. 21 on an allegation of cruelty to a non-livestock animal related to a deceased puppy found at Bradford’s home on or about July 13.
