Hardin County Strong long-term recovery group dissolves

After nearly five years of existence, the Hardin County Strong (HCS) long-term recovery group has come to an end, according to an announcement issued by its Board of Directors to their stakeholders. The group was formed in April 2018 with more than 500 cases from Hurricane Harvey.
