The Oaks Event Center hosted the “Where The Music Began” 2024 Wall of Fame celebration in Vidor on March 10, honoring Bryan “Doc” Barron (singer, actor and dancer), Meg Wright (actor), Mike McQuerry (songwriter/ musician), Keeli Milligan (professional softball player) and John Ray Cessac (singer/ songwriter), along with Charlotte Reagan as the Texas Star Music Festival Mother of the Year and Rollie Burr as Citizen of the Year.
