PA 3-year-old struck and killed by car

Around 7:30 p.m. June 11, PAPD officer responded to a call in reference to a 3-year-old who was struck by a vehicle in the 4700 block of 6th Street, according to a news release.

When officers arrived, they located the 3-year-old before taking the child to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The child was pronounced deceased at the hospital, according to the release.

Members of the Advanced Accident Investigation Team were notified and responded to the scene. The incident is under investigation by PAPD detectives.
