Nederland ISD will remain closed through at least April 10, according to a news release from the district.
The district will provide a meal pickup service for children 18 and under from 7:30 to 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday at Central Middle School, C.O. Wilson Middle School, Hillcrest Elementary and Nederland High School.
District leadership and staff launched a flexible education program to keep students engaged and provide instructional support for all students during the school closure. Weekly plans will be posted to www.nederlandisd.org every Friday at 3 p.m. For those without access to a device, printed packets can be picked up on Monday and Tuesday between 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. All packets are distributed at Nederland High School. Elementary students: In front of the Performing Arts Center. Middle School students: Baseball field parking lot. High School students: Front entrance.
