A Jasper County man is jailed for aggravated assault/family violence. 33-year-old Kyle Dylan Fussell, of Kirbyville, is accused of physically assaulting his girlfriend at a residence on County Road 474 in Kirbyville. Fussell left the property before deputies arrived on the scene. An arrest warrant was issued. Sheriff Chuck Havard contacted Fussell and arranged for him to surrender. He was arrested at the Jasper County Subcourthouse in Evadale and transported to the Jasper County Jail.
