The Orange County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) will present a luncheon from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, to celebrate Economic Development Week in Orange County.
The event is sponsored by Golden Triangle Polymers Co. and Local First. Seating is limited, so registration in advance is required at www.eventcreate. com/e/econdevluncheon. The event is free to attend.
Networking opportunities will be available at the start of the event followed by lunch.
Scheduled to attend are Larry McManus, director of Business & Community Development for the Texas Office of Economic Development and Tourism and Orange County Judge John Gothia, who will give a few remarks about the state of the county, as well as the growth Orange County has experienced in recent years. Also planned is a panel discussion about Minority Business Certification and assistance.
