Couple robbed in Target parking lot

Around 9 p.m. Saturday, July 25, Beaumont police responded to Target in reference to a robbery in progress, according to a news release.

Preliminary investigation has revealed that two victims were getting out of their vehicle in the parking lot of Target when a black male approached the driver, pointed a handgun at the victims and demanded money. The victims complied, and the suspect fled on foot.
