Beaumont emergency officials received a call Thursday morning that an individual had been burned from what an eyewitness stated was "a burn barrel tipped over on an individual." Air Rescue landed in an empty lot near the corner of McFaddin and Magnolia in downtown Beaumont. Fire Chief Earl White confirmed that one burn victim was being treated and was transported to UTMB Galveston.
