Get on a soap box – for cheap

With the closing of the Maury Meyers Bridge in the near future, Spindletop Rotary Club announced that it is unable to continue hosting the beloved Soap Box Derby. A garage sale will be held this Saturday, April 29, at the Soap Box Derby lot, located at 242 North 18th Street in Beaumont near Saltgrass Steakhouse, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
