Newsboys announce March 25 concert date in Beaumont

Christian rock group Newsboys will perform at the Jefferson Theatre in downtown Beaumont on Saturday, March 25, at 7 p.m. Presale begins Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.com using the code: SPEAK. General on sale is Friday, Jan. 13, at 10 a.m., which is also online at Ticketmaster.

Looking back and moving forward

As we journeyed back into 2022, we found out that Southeast Texas is not boring. In fact, it’s the complete opposite. Sure, Houston has professional sports teams and such, and Louisiana has casinos, but the “409” is filled with plenty of entertainment.

New art exhibit at AMSET

Glow party at BCM

The Beaumont Children’s Museum is hosting a New Year’s Eve edition of “Let’s Glow Party” on Saturday, Dec. 31, at 9 a.m. Tickets are $5 for adults and children and can be purchased online at beaumontchildrensmuseum.org. Located at 701 Main St.
