Put on your costumes and grab your treat bags for Gift of Life’s Julie Richardson Procter 5K Ribbon Run Monster Dash on Saturday, Oct. 26, in Downtown Beaumont from 8 a.m. to noon (registration opens at 6 a.m.) benefitting the organization’s breast and ovarian cancer programs.

Family Arts Day

Visit AMSET in downtown Beaumont for a creative day of art activities, celebrating back to school, and recycling. With a theme of “Don’t Mess with Texas, Mess with Art,” children and their families are encouraged to explore the museum and create artwork with recycled materials.
