May the Force be with you. Travel to galaxies far, far away as the Houston Symphony orchestra performs your favorite music from across the Star Wars universe, from “Rey’s Theme” to “Yoda’s Theme” and “The Imperial March.” Patrons will hear music from all nine films in the Skywalker saga, performed in chronological order, plus selections from “Rogue One” and “Solo.” Leading the symphony will be Steven Reineke, principal POPS conductor, who recently celebrated his 10th anniversary as music director of The New York Pops at Carnegie Hall. Additionally, he is principal pops conductor of the National Symphony Orchestra at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
