Eight PN-G seniors sign scholarship offers

Eight seniors from Port Neches-Groves High School signed national letters of intent Dec. 1 to continue their education and participate in college athletics.

Seven members of the PN-G softball team will play at the next level including Alana Smith (Lamar State College Port Arthur), Karlie Ingle (LSCPA), Brylie Dartez (LSCPA), Vivien Thames (San Jacinto Community College), Kilee Moody (LSU-Alexandria), Emily Vines (Hinds Community College) and Lylea Sheffield (Alvin Community College).

Marlee Sonnier will play soccer for the Southland Conference Champions, Lamar Cardinals.
