Bond was denied for a man with district warrants from Hardin County who was arrested last month.
According to Sheriff Bryan Weatherford, Chastyn Graham, 43, of Colmesneil, was arrested after Tyler County Sheriff’s deputies after they searched his residence. He was located in a makeshift crawl space in a bathroom. Weatherford noted for the past several months that Graham has been evading deputies with arrest warrants in Hardin and Tyler counties. He was transported to the Tyler County Jail after being charged with two counts of felony evading arrest with motor vehicle, felony theft and criminal mischief in Tyler County.
In Hardin County, Graham faces three district warrants for felony tampering with physical evidence (two counts) and possession for a controlled substance.
