Drill team brings back awards

The Silsbee High School Tigerette drill team officers attended a camp in Houston recently. The group received the spirit stick, leadership and determination award.

Each officer also earned individual awards: Captain Sydney Bird, Dance Academy; First Lieutenant Kimberly Cordero, Monster Motivator; Second Lieutenant Lorelai Marble, Dance and Kick Academy; Sergeant Makaylah Pete, Kick Academy; and Sergeant Macy Walker, Monster Motivator.
