CRIME NEWS | Multi-agency investigation nets Beaumont man

Feb. 3, at 7 a.m., Beaumont Police Narcotics Investigators, assisted by Beaumont Police SWAT, SAU, K-9, Jefferson County S.O., DEA, ATF, DPS and HSI, executed a search warrant in the 2200 block of Harriot – detaining the sole occupant in the residence, 39-year-old Quinton Maurice Williams, of Beaumont.

Williams was reportedly found to be in possession of suspected heroin, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, Dilaudid, hydrocodone, oxycodone, Adderall, alprazolam and three handguns. Two of the guns retrieved from Williams’ possession were reported stolen, BPD added.  

Williams was arrested, transported to the Jefferson County Jail, and booked in for eight counts of possessing controlled substances, and a capias warrant from BPD.
