Preservation Bash

The Oaks Historic District is hosting their annual Preservation Bash and this year’s theme is “Yacht Rock Party.” Come dressed in your best yacht attire, such as topsider shoes, captain hats, and the perfect cruise outfit and board the “yacht” for an evening full of cruised-themed fun. Signature drinks and champagne will be served along with a dinner and elaborate buffet. Patrons can also bid on homethemed silent auction items. Funds raised benefit the Oaks Historic District, which is the largest historic district in Texas. It’s first homes were built in 1902 with boundaries on Beech Street, Rusk Street, 1st Street and 11th Street.
