Standing accused of forwarding nude photos another woman sent her husband, a Port Neches woman rejected a plea deal for a four-year deferred adjudicated probation and asked that a local judge set her case for trial.

After finding photos of another woman in the buff on her husband’s phone, Amy Delis LeBouef, 55, allegedly sent the images to the subject’s adult children and parents in December 2021, according to a probable cause affidavit. A Jefferson County grand jury indicted LeBouef for disclosure/promotion of intimate material, a state-jail felony.

Friday, Dec. 10, 2021, Port Neches Police Department (PNPD) officers arrived at a residence on Saba Lane in reference to a harassment complaint. According to the probable cause affidavit, the caller “stated she had sent a picture of her (genitals) to a man who she was speaking with. It was later determined this man was married. The woman he was married to, Amy LeBouef, had taken a photograph of the image on the phone and printed off the photo.”

Around Dec. 1, 2021, LeBouef “went to the victim’s parent’s house and left the image in the mailbox for them to find.”

The caller’s adult children also received the image in the mail to their respective business addresses, as well as their homes. Attached to the note were letters saying, “Please tell your mom to stop sending me these photos. I am a married man and I need her to stop sending them to my family.”

PNPD Detective Scott Thompson spoke to LeBouef Feb. 8, and the woman admitted to placing the image in the mailbox of the caller’s parents in an “attempt to speak with them about the situation.” However, LeBouef denied sending the images to the adult children, according to the affidavit.

“Due to the image of the victim’s (genitals), which was sent to a single individual with the reasonable expectation the picture would remain private, causing the victim embarrassment,” Thompson wrote, “I believe that sufficient probable cause exists for the issuance of a warrant for the arrest of Amy Delis LeBouef.”
