Fourteen people were arrested recently, mostly on misdemeanor charges, report the Lumberton Police Department.
Arrested on Sept. 2 were Deuta Byrd, 40, and Kyle Eagleton Williams, 44, both for DWI (Class B); Alania Marie Marley-Johnson, 36, for public intoxication (Class C); and Trisha Lynn Dougia, 42, for theft of property, less than $100 (Class C)
Sept. 3, Rachel R. McBride, 52, and Kelton LaJuan Gaines, 50, were each arrested for DWI (Class B) and Pascual Garay, 40, for public intoxication (Class C).
Sept. 4, Feliz Juarez Reynaga, 26, was arrested for DWI (Class B).
Joshua Keith Swearing, 37, was arrested Sept. 5 burglary of a habitation (second-degree felony) and for criminal trespass (Class B).
Sept. 6, Vanessa Lynn Torres, 20, was arrested for possession of controlled substance (felony) and Jeffery Allen Culver, 59, for DWI (Class B).
